Minimum insurance limits consists of a $100k General Liability policy. Although not required, we strongly recommend that all residents obtain insurance of their personal property at a value appropriate for their personal possessions. • Good credit history • State issued identification card or driver’s license and proof of Social Security number. Everyone 18 or older must fill out an application. • Previous year tax returns Our process of approving is based on these main categories: Rental History, Employment History, and Credit History that involves a Criminal Background check Pima Lansing, LLC policy states that we allow 2 people in a one bedroom, and 4 people in a 2 bedroom. A $40 (1st person) subsequent adults ($35 each) (non-refundable) Application fee per person is required for processing the application. A $600 administrative fee is also required.
